Delivery Policy

The pride and care we take in curing our hams continues until it has reached your home.  Our Country ham is dry-cured and remains in excellent condition during shipment. All products are shipped Ground UPS so we must have a street address.  Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are available at additional charge, just give us a call! UPS offers a tracking system to our clients so that you know when your order shipped and when you can expect your ham’s arrival.  Please remember that we can not ship to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.

We can not guarantee delivery if your shipping address is entered incorrectly, so please take the time to ensure that all complete information is entered into your order form correctly and provide a daytime address.

 

Return/Refund Policy

Finchville Farms guarantees our country ham products.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund or replace your order.  Simply return the ham to our store at 5157 Taylorsville Rd, Finchville, KY 40022 and we will refund the total purchase price and shipping cost or we will replace your order with a new country ham product
