Sliced 1/4" thick and ready to cook, these country ham steaks are extra lean with the skin and fat removed. Try it on the barbecue grill for a great taste and no mess. Each slice weighs approximatedly 7 oz. and they are vacuum packed two slices per package.

Traditional whole country ham sliced ready to cook for breakfast. Sliced 1/4" thick with the skin and fat on the slices so you can make delicious red-eye gravy. The ham is packaged two large slices per package.

Thin lean strips of country ham. These boneless slices are cut into biscuit-size pieces and weigh about 1/3 lb. per package.

A wax meat board is placed between each slice and the ham is vacuum sealed. This delicious sliced country ham makes a perfect gift too.
