Finchville Farms Country Hams are sugar-cured and naturally aged for one year. We do not use any nitrates or nitrites in the curing process. Our ingredients are simple: ham, salt, sugar and peppers.

Aug 2003, Finchville Farms won the Grand Champion Award at the Kentucky State Fair. The country ham was sold at auction for a record $250,000.
